The Survey Enablement Program is an initiative by the PMI Pune Deccan India Chapter to provide a structured, ethical, and governed mechanism for conducting surveys within our professional community.
This program enables corporates, academic institutions, and independent researchers to engage with PMI Pune members in a transparent and compliant manner, ensuring value creation for both the research community and our members.
Eligibility Criteria
Survey requests may be considered from:
- Corporate organizations and industry bodies
- Academic institutions (faculty-led or institutional research)
- Independent researchers with clear professional objectives
- All surveys must:
- Align with project management, leadership, or professional development themes
- Avoid political, religious, or sensitive personal content
- Comply with PMI’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
PMI Support
Understand this program, PMI Pune Deccan India Chapter provides:
- Governance-driven approval and execution
- Controlled survey dissemination through official Chapter channels
- Optional support from relevant Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
- Standardized communication and execution templates
Note: Member contact details are never shared with survey requesters.
Packages & Fee Structure
A graded fee structure has been designed based on effort, reach, and governance involvement:
- Basic Package – Limited distribution
- Standard Package – Wider member reach
- Premium Package – Maximum visibility and extended support
- Academic Package – Subsidized pricing for genuine academic research
Fees range from ₹3,500 to ₹20,000, depending on the selected package.
Data Privacy & Ethics
- Member data is fully protected and never disclosed
- Surveys are distributed only through PMI Pune–controlled platforms
- Participation by members is strictly voluntary
- All surveys are screened for ethical compliance and relevance
Review & Approval Process
Every survey request undergoes a structured review:
- Initial Review – Marketing Team
- Governance Validation – Governance Team
- Final Approval – Chapter President
Only approved surveys are executed under this program.

- PMI Pune reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject any request
- Survey execution timelines are dependent on review and approval cycles
- The Chapter may use anonymized insights for learning sessions or SIG activities
