About Women's League
‘Empower Women in Project Management’ is a new initiative which was announced by the PMI South Asia Chapter’s Woman Engagement Committee (PMI WEC), which is a collaboration of the PMI chapters from India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
As a part of this initiative, PMI Pune launched the ‘Pune Women’s League’ to understand the challenges of women in Project Management of our region and design programs that promote a culture of inclusion and engagement.

As a part of this initiative, PMI WEC aspires to understand the challenges of PMI Women in Project Management from our regions and design programs that promote a culture of inclusion and engagement and help them navigate careers in their chosen profession and volunteering for PMI.
Our Mission
● Provide a platform to share your knowledge and experience and value add to the other fellow member.
● Motivate and encourage women volunteers & members to actively contribute to the Project Management community through different chapter events and activities.
