Who Can Participate?

Mentors

Experienced professionals who:

  • Have strong project / program / portfolio management exposure
  • Hold leadership or decision-making responsibilities
  • Are passionate about coaching, guiding, and sharing experiences
  • Can commit 2–5 hours per month for mentoring sessions

Mentees

Professionals who:

  • Are early or mid-career project practitioners
  • Are preparing for career advancement or role transitions
  • Seek clarity on project leadership, certifications, or industry shifts
  • Are willing to learn, apply, and grow through guided mentorship

What the Program Offers

Structured Mentor–Mentee Matching based on experience, goals, and preferences

Flexible engagement model: In-person | Virtual | Hybrid

Guidance on:

Program Commitment

Duration: 4–6 months

Time Commitment: 2–5 hours per month

Format: One-on-one mentoring conversations

Frequency: Mutually agreed sessions between Mentor & Mentee
