She is a certified and active project management professional(PMP) for the last 15 years. She also is certified as a professional business analyst (PMI -PBA) and disciplined agile senior scrum master (DASSM). She also holds multiple ISTQB certificates for different proficiencies in software testing. Pradnya is actively associated with the PMI Pune chapter for 10 years and has volunteered for different events and activities.
