Priyanka has over 19 years of IT experience and currently works as an Agile Coach for HSBC Technology India, where she supports agile transformation by coaching Agile Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, team members, and senior management on agile processes. She is also a Senior AI Ambassador at HSBC, actively driving AI initiatives and awareness within the organization.
She is an active volunteer with PMI Pune Deccan-India and currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Under her leadership, the marketing strategy for DISHA 2025 was a tremendous success, enhancing the chapter’s visibility and engagement. Priyanka also led and represented the PMI Agile SIG Symposium from PMI Pune Deccan-India in 2024, where she played a pivotal role in organizing and executing the event successfully.
Beyond marketing and communications, Priyanka has contributed significantly to the PMI Pune Women’s League (PMIPWL) program by planning, organizing, and hosting impactful monthly events. She previously led the Volunteer Development portfolio, focusing on fostering and engaging volunteers within the chapter. Additionally, she played a significant role in the PMI Regional Conference 2021, working on the Speaker Management Committee, where she coordinated with global speakers, planned and executed dry runs, and facilitated sessions during the event.
Priyanka is a seasoned speaker, having delivered sessions at various events and conferences on Agile, Project Management, and related topics.
She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Her professional credentials include PMP, ICAgile Certified Agile Coach and Team Facilitator, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM), and several others.
